At Gotham’s Den, consent is the foundation of our sex-positive, LGBTQ+ community. We strive to create an inclusive, judgment-free environment where everyone can express themselves, explore their desires, and connect with others while feeling respected and safe.

Our community standards:

• Ask First: Always obtain clear permission before touching or engaging with another person. Never assume consent based on appearance, clothing, flirting, or participation in our events.

• Respect Boundaries: No means no. Silence, hesitation, or uncertainty is not consent. Respect everyone's limits without pressure or judgment.

• Consent Is Ongoing: Anyone can change their mind or withdraw consent at any time. Stop immediately when asked.

• Communicate Openly: Discuss boundaries and expectations. Never proceed when someone is unable to give clear, voluntary consent, including when impaired by alcohol or other substances.

• Protect Privacy: Respect everyone's discretion. Photography, recording, or sharing identifiable content requires appropriate permission and compliance with event rules.

• Treat Everyone With Respect: Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted advances, and retaliation are not tolerated.

• Speak Up: Report concerns to our event staff or security. Reports will be taken seriously, and violations may result in removal or restrictions from future events.
